PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line used to transmit control information, when various devices controlled from a studio are installed in a transmission station in digital broadcasting. PSOLUTION: A time division data transmitter 11 in a studio 10 transmits control information of various devices, installed in a transmission station 20 and a digital information signal, to be sent originally to the transmission station 20 in a time division. A data demultiplexer 21 in the transmission station 20 demultiplexes the received digital transmission signal into the control information and the digital information signal that are to have been originally sent. Then digital modulators 22A, 22B that modulate the demultiplexed digital information signal and digital transmitters 23A, 23B that transmit the modulated output are operated according to the demultiplexed control information.
