PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling simulation system performing a simulation of cargo handling using a container to be transshipped.;SOLUTION: Upon simulating cargo handling, the cargo handling simulation system accepts an input indicating whether or not a container to be transshipped that will be temporarily unloaded from a ship and re-exported to another port is present and identification information of the container to be transshipped. Transshipment information including at least the information of the ship on which the container to be transshipped will be loaded when re-exported, the port of call of the ship, and the number of the containers to be transshipped is associated with the ID of the container to be transshipped which is stored in advance in a transshipment information storing part, and written into the transshipment information storing part.
