PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise price changing device, a merchandise price changing method, a program and a recording medium capable of automatically changing the price of each merchandise at a preliminarily set time, and capable of performing processing to change the price in a short time.;SOLUTION: A merchandise price changing device 1 includes: a bar code issuing terminal 2; a server 3; and a POS terminal 4. The bar code issuing terminal 2 issues a bar code representing merchandise information including standard price information representing the standard price of merchandise, price change time information representing a price change time when the standard price is changed and changed price information representing a changed price after the standard price is changed.
