PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a handout distribution device capable of urging a person scheduled to attend a conference to confirm the contents of prior handout of the conference and checking how much they are confirmed; a terminal device; and a handout distribution system. PSOLUTION: When the display of the next page of conference handout is requested (S1501:YES), whether or not the present page is already checked is confirmed. When it is not checked yet (S1502:NO), an error indicating that the present page is not checked yet is notified (S1508). When it is already checked (S1502:YES), whether or not there is the next page in the conference handout is confirmed, and when there is the next page (S1503:YES), the next page is returned (S1504).
