PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the construction period of a foundation base for installation of large equipment.;SOLUTION: Each of anchor bolts 1 inserted into a centering hole of a template 2 is temporarily fixed to a template 2 by a nut. The anchor bolts 1 are fastened to each other by an intermediate fastening support 3 by the intermediary of a fixing jig 4, and the verticality is adjusted. Then, detent welding 14 is applied between the template 2 and the nut. A shear plate 5 is fixed to the part near a lower end of each of the anchor bolts 1. Thus, the unit structure is manufactured in a factory. After a unit supporting frame 6 is set under a construction position of the foundation base 12 at an installation site, the unit structure transported from the factory is welded and fixed to the unit supporting frame 6 at the shear plate 5. After that, the detent welding 14 is shaved off, the template 2 is removed, a foundation base reinforcing bar 11 is arranged, and concrete is placed in the area of the foundation base 12.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
