PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new technique of improving stability while maintaining good elution of an olopatadine preparation.;SOLUTION: The solid olopatadine preparation includes olopatadine, a saccharide, a disintegrator, and no crystalline cellulose. The method for producing an olopatadine tablet conducts at least a step of directly tableting a raw material powder mixture including olopatadine, a saccharide, a disintegrator, and no crystalline cellulose.
