PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a buffer material in a disposal hole or container without a clearance gap.;SOLUTION: After the buffer material 1 is divided into an inside block 12a fixed to the inner wall of a disposal hole 5 isolatedly, having contact with the surrounding of an over-pack 7; and an outside block 12b fixed in contact with the outside of the inside block 12a as well as in contact with the inner wall of the disposal hole 5, surfaces 124 and 125 in contact with both the inside block 12a and the outside block 12b are formed un-parallel at a tilt in a shaft center direction of the disposal hole 5, and one side block 12a is fixed in the disposal hole 5 to be fixed, another side block 12b is pressed into the disposal hole 5 while having contact with both the inclined surfaces 124 and 125 each other.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
