STRUCTURE OF OPENING SECTION OF POST-INSTALLED EXTERNALLY INSULATING EXTERIOR WALL OF REINFORCED CONCRETE BUILDING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of an opening section of a post-installed externally insulating exterior wall to which a ventilating function can be easily provided and which eliminates the need of the maintenance of sealing of a ventilating and insulating complex panel 1 in the duration time when the complex panel is post-installed on an existing concrete skeleton for external heat insulation.;SOLUTION: A ventilating complex panel formed by integrating an exterior substrate 2A, vertical crosspieces 2B, and a heat insulation layer 2C is used as an opening section upper side complex panel 1. The bottom surface of the complex panel 1 is closed by a bottom surface closing exterior substrate 2A', and a horizontal ventilation layer G' is formed between a heat insulation layer bottom surface 2D and the bottom surface closing exterior substrate 2A' continuously with the vertical ventilation layer G in the panel 1. Then, the complex panel is joined to the upper side of the opening section. On both sides of the opening section, the side surfaces of the complex panel 1 are closed by side surface closing exterior substrates 2A", respectively, and joined to the upper side complex panel 1 and the opening section 4 of the side surface complex panel 1. Consequently, conventional throating and corner beads can be eliminated, and also the filling of sealant into the opening section at portions where the complex panels 1 are disposed can be eliminated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
