PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a heat bridge action by thermally shielding a reinforced concrete balcony and a reinforced concrete wing wall from an exterior concrete wall via a heat insulating layer, in an outside-heat-insulated building of reinforced concrete, and to enable the construction of the building by securing safety.;SOLUTION: One half of connecting bars 1 and 6, which passe through an incombustible heat-insulating material of an incombustible supporting block 4 fitted and fixed into the exterior concrete wall W of the reinforced concrete building, is protrusively supported by being anchored in a concrete frame CF, and the other half of them is protrusively supported by being anchored in the floor slab of the balcony and the wing wall 5. A side end of the floor slab of the balcony is rigidly joined to the wing wall 5; a lower end of the wing wall 5 is supported by a foundation F; a protruding annex of the floor slab of the balcony and the wing wall 5, protruding from the exterior concrete wall W, is annexed in such a manner as to have a square tube-shaped rigid structure, and to be protruded from the exterior concrete wall W in the state of shielding heat by a heating insulating layer 2B of a composite panel 2.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
