PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support house retrieval so that a satisfaction level to housing environment at a new address is raised to an attendant for movement or transfer.;SOLUTION: For the attendant for movement or transfer, a company residence near a movement/transfer destination is retrieved from a company residence DB, when the company residence is detected, a vacant room is retrieved based on a first preset rule, when the company residence is not detected and when the vacant room based on the first rule is not detected, candidate places of a place of residence of the attendant are extracted from an attendant DB based on a second preset rule, request information for property retrieval is generated based on the candidate places of the place of residence and the attendant DB, the request information is transmitted and a replay received as a rejoinder or detected company residence information is output as provided property information.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
