PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assure reliability and realize low cost even in such radiowave environment that radiowave interference is easy to occur.;SOLUTION: Channels to be used are so set as to be distributed not to overlap other ones, so that correspondence is made between a data transmission side and a reception side. On the data transmission side, carrier sensing is performed in parallel via radio communication circuits 5a-5d when a transmission request for data occurs. Data is transmitted by allocating it to a first channel with its preset priority on a high order side and its noise level at a predetermined level or lower.
