PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rigidity of a substrate on which projector system components and light-receiving system components are attached from deteriorating.;SOLUTION: The sensor head of an optical displacement sensor includes a base substrate 102, on which a projector 110 and a light-receiving 120 are attached to be spaced apart from each other, and a case 101, to which the substrate 102 is attached, and in which the projector 110 and the light-receiving 120 are housed. The case 101 has a projector housing 101b for housing the projector 110, a light-receiving housing 101a for housing the light-receiving 120, and a connection part 101c for connecting an opening peripheral edge 101h of the projector housing 101b with the opening peripheral edge 101g of the light-receiving housing 101a.
