PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coin pack processing apparatus, a coin pack processing system, a coin pack processing method and a coin pack for preventing a store requested for exchanges from running short of change or suffering losses, while also reducing the frequency at which coins are transported to stores requested for exchange of currency. PSOLUTION: The coin pack processing apparatus 100 includes a storage unit 20 for storing a plurality of coin packs; a dispensing unit 14 for dispensing coin packs from the storage unit 20; a detection unit 56 for detecting the number of coin packs remaining in the storage unit 20; and a communication unit 58m which makes the external input of an instruction to dispense coin packs from the dispensing unit 14 and which, when the number of coin packs detected by the detection unit 56 is less than a predetermined number, outputs an insufficiency signal indicating the insufficiency of coin packs to the outside.
