PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder filling orientation device and a press forming device using the powder filling orientation device, a powder filling orientation method and a sintered magnet manufacturing method using the powder filling orientation method, capable of obtaining a high magnetic property since a desired orientation is permitted at low cost.;SOLUTION: The press forming device 10 includes the powder filling orientation device 14, which includes a power feed box 32 in which powder m is accommodated. A bar-like member 50 is provided in the powder feed box 32, and a linear member 92 is provided in the opening 90 of the power feed box 32. The powder feed box 32 is transferred to the upper part of a cavity 28 of a die 18, and when the powder feed box 32 is positioned on the upper part of the cavity 28, the powder m is filled into the cavity 28 by operating the bar-like member 50 inside the powder feed box 32 in the horizontal direction. The powder m is oriented by applying an orientation magnetic field through the magnetic field generating coil 94 to the powder m inside the cavity 28.
