PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and surely alleviate integer-order-harmonic light.;SOLUTION: Magnet alignment 12 is so arranged that electrons 10 progressing winding their way in the vicinity of positions Zn (n=1, 2, ...) inside an electron passage 5 are to make a longer turn than when they pass other positions.
