PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin fixing roll core cylinder assembly capable of attaining a quick warming up time and improving energy efficiency.;SOLUTION: Cracking at the thin wall part due to a periodical compression is prevented by reinforcing the thin wall part near the end part area where the core cylinder is engaged with a driving gear. Such the thin fixing roll is used for an image forming system, and a process of fixing toner on a copying supporting body by using the thin fixing core is disclosed.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
