PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system and a method for fair division among three parsons and a program for the same which can fairly divide not only the allocation of a division result but also the allocation of roles. PSOLUTION: An allocation control part obtains each of three points divided based on respective evaluation scales of the three terminals with respect to a resource that is a target to be divided from three terminals, determines the allocation of roles of the three terminals according to a correlation among the respective points, and then assigns the no-envy divided allocation of the resource to the three terminals.
