PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder spray for preventing hands and fingers from contracting infection through hands and fingers by viruses such as Haemophilus influenzae and norovirus bacterium by adhering and leaving continuously the silver ion (AG+) onto the hands and fingers, in order that the viruses in an epidemic period cling onto various parts such as train handrails and door knobs, move to other places by personal touch therewith, and spread, consequently infect a number of persons to thereby produce a vicious circle, and in consideration that continuous adhering of the silver ion onto the hands and fingers prevents a situation of many person's contracting infection and provides the society with the security and safety.;SOLUTION: The powder spray is made to become an easily familiar state with hands and fingers (skins of a human body) by combining silver ion (AG+) with cellulose and making to a powder state; the powder is sprayed onto the hands and fingers extending to fine details by spraying, with the silver ion (AG+) kept adhering continuously onto the hands and fingers for a long time.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
