PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an apparatus and a function, which include advantages of a personal computer and a microcomputer apparatus.;SOLUTION: By using of a programmable controller (hereinafter, referred to as a PLC 1), without using the personal computer or the microcomputer apparatus, acquiring a contact signal of a sensor and performing processing based on conditions adapted to needs, the Internet can be directly used from the PLC 1 to distribute a mail; acquired data is edited; and an FTP server function or an FTP client function are used to a Web server connected through a network to transfer the edited data.
