PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy saving print execution device which can automatically select a printer with the least power consumption among a plurality of printers to execute energy saving printing. PSOLUTION: A host computer includes; a storage part which stores power consumption information which is information on power consumption of printers by printer; and a control part which calculates the total power consumption of the printers when the printers execute the print job by printer, wherein the power consumption information includes information on power consumption according to conditions of the printers, and information on the power consumption according to the processing content of the print job, and the control part calculates the total power consumption on the basis of the conditions of the printers, the processing content of the print job, and power consumption information stored by the storage part (S52), selects the printer with the least total power consumption among the plurality of printers on the basis of the calculated total power consumption by printer (S53), and makes the selected printer execute the print job (S54).
