LARGE CAPACITY DATA DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM OF NARROW BAND NETWORK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assign usable bands by inflow part, and to transcode large capacity data to flow in on the basis of the usable bands of the whole narrow band network without setting inflow control to a router regarding a large capacity data distribution system which distributes a plurality of pieces of large capacity data from a wide band network to the narrow band network.;SOLUTION: A group which accepts the inflow of video streams from the wide band network is formed by loading a transcoder 102 which transcodes the video streams and performing multistage connection of an auto transcoder 101 to which the transcoder 102 is connected. In the auto transcoder 101, when the video streams can not be transcoded by a self-device, control for transmitting the video streams is executed in order to make other auto transcoders 101 in the same group perform rate conversion of the video streams.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
