PSOLUTION: A depth estimation data producing portion 101 calculates a statistical amount of a pixel value in a plurality of predetermined areas on a screen of non-three-dimensional image to obtain a plurality of first evaluation values and at the same time, calculates a statistical amount of a pixel value of all the areas on a screen of a screen of non-three-dimensional image to obtain a second evaluation value, and then produces a plurality of fundamental depth model types by a composition result composed by a composition ratio corresponding to the first evaluation value and a depth estimation data by a non-three-dimensional image. A stereo pair producing portion 102 shifts texture of a non-three-dimensional image by an amount correspondent to the depth estimation data of the corresponding portion and controls its amount of shift corresponding to the second evaluation value.
