PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reliably perform supply of construction material into a drill string with a simple structure in a drilling unit for civil engineering construction. PSOLUTION: The drilling unit includes a drilling drive unit 10 which rotationally drives the drill string 1, and a rotary feed through 20 for feeding the construction material from a construction material hose 6 into the drill string 1. The rotary feed through 20 includes a first pipe connecting section 21 for the construction material hose 6, a second pipe connecting section 22 for the drill string 1, which is rotatable relative to the first pipe connecting section 21, and a rotary device 30 for actively rotating the second pipe connecting section 22 relative to the first pipe connecting section 21.
