PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cut down cost of assembly components and the like.;SOLUTION: An adhesive layer 5 is formed on the surface of the threaded portions 4 of a tapping screw 1 and a non-adhesive film 6 is formed on the surface of the adhesive layer 5. When the tapping screw 1 is screwed into a pilot hole 8 of a member 7, the peripheral wall of the pilot hole 8 is cut to form female screws 9, but at the same time, the non-adhesive film 6 is broken to expose the adhesive layer 5.
