PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the generation of greenhouse gases by reducing the weight of a vehicle body or a hull on the lower side with a lift which raises a hollow cover upward when a head wind produced during traveling is intruded into the cover so as to reduce fuel cost, and increase a drive force by a wind power generation when a fan is installed.;SOLUTION: A cover which is semi-circular in cross section and which is generally reduced in height toward the rear and which projects outward at the end in longitudinal section is installed on the roof of an automobile or the deck of a ship. A bent plate at the forward inlet functions as a control valve for automatically changing the bending angle thereof according to the strength of wind, and keeps a specified lift by the head wind in the cover to raise the vehicle body or the hull upward, and the weight of the vehicle body or the hull is reduced. When a fan is built in the cover and a wind power generation is performed, a reaction force applied to the cover during the power generation is separated from the vehicle body by the generated lift, the vehicle body is raised, and only electric power supplements power to contribute to energy saving.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
