PET BOTTLE CAP THAT FACILITATE SEPARATE COLLECTION OF PET BOTTLE PARTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap which allows a ring the cap remaining on a PET bottle body to be removed easily at the first opening of the cap.;SOLUTION: A ring 3 is linked to a cap 1 via a link portion 4. Although a conventional connection 2 is broken at the first opening of the cap 1, the ring 3 and the cap 1 are not separated apart but are removed together from a PET bottle 8. When a ring connection 5 is formed on part of the ring, the ring 3 is divided easily. When an assist hook 6 is formed on the ring, the assist hook is fixed by finger tips to help breaking the ring connection 5. In this manner, the ring 3 is removed easily from the PET bottle 8. After removal of the ring 3 from the PET bottle, the cap 1 can be separated from the ring via a cut-divide portion 7 formed on the link portion 4 to allow reuse of the cap 1 only.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
