METHOD FOR INSPECTING ALLERGIC DISEASE SEVERITY BASED ON POLYMORPHISM OF NLRP3 GENE

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for accurately inspecting the onset risk of allergic diseases accompanying violent symptoms such as food anaphylaxis and aspirin asthma, and an inspection reagent used for the same. PSOLUTION: The method for inspecting the allergic disease severity, based on the result of analysis obtained by analyzing the monobasic polymorphism of NLRP3 gene is provided. The probe for inspecting the allergic disease severity is provided by having 10 or more of bases containing a specific base, or its complemental sequence. The primer for inspecting the allergic disease severity which is capable of amplifying a region containing the specific base is provided.
