PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coated electrode sheet for preventing mud cracks from being generated in an electrode layer even if the electrode layer is made fully thick and preventing the electrode layer from being cracked or the electrode layer from being separated from power collection foil even if the electrode sheet is wound in a roll in the coated electrode sheet of a power storage device. PSOLUTION: The coated electrode sheet includes: the power collection foil; a lower-layer electrode layer containing one of an organic-solvent-based binder and a water-soluble-chemical-based binder provided on the power collection foil, a carbon particle, and a conductive fine particle; and an upper-layer electrode layer containing the other of the organic-solvent-based binder and the water-soluble-chemical-based binder provided on the lower-layer electrode layer, a carbon particle, and a conductive fine particle.
