PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily comprehend disposal of documents by issuing disposal certification for certificating the disposal of the documents even when disposing of a document group comprising a lot of the documents in a lump or even when requesting the disposal of another enterprise, another organization or the like.;SOLUTION: This disposal certification output device 10 mounted in one of a document generation device 1 generating the document, a document disposal device 2 disposing of the document, and a server device connected to them and used has a function as: a disposal information acquisition means 11 acquiring information related to the document disposal in the document disposal device 2; and a disposal certification output means 13 visually imaging the information acquired by the disposal information acquisition means 11 in a prescribed format, and outputting it as the disposal certification.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
