PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity deriving device, a physical quantity deriving method and a physical quantity deriving program for deriving a physical quantity related to force to the horizontal direction of a piled/raft foundation without causing a cost increase or requiring a complicated process.;SOLUTION: In deriving the physical quantity related to the force to the horizontal direction of the piled/raft foundation, ground displacement to the horizontal direction due to the bottom face friction of the raft foundation is approximated by a predetermined approximate expression, and an arithmetic expression for computing the physical quantity, obtained by including an approximate equation obtained by approximation, into a predetermined equation showing flexure to the horizontal direction of a pile member when using the pile member as a beam member, is stored beforehand by a hard disk 28.
