PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an employment animation communication support system which can improve communication between an employer and a job seeker on various stages in employment activity.;SOLUTION: In the employment animation communication support system, a message animation directed from a person in charge in an enterprise to a specific job seeker is photographed by a cellular phone 10 with a camera and the message animation is stored in a message animation storage part 16 of a server apparatus 13. In a server apparatus 13, an explanation text is combined with the message animation to generate explanation data with the message animation to the specific job seeker. The explanation text is input from a keyboard of a computer apparatus 11 by the person in charge in the enterprise, and information concerned with the employer and information for complementing the contents of the message animation are included in the explanation text.
