To provide an employment support device that can determine a preparation status of a job applicant for employment.SOLUTION: An employment support device 10 includes a storage unit 11, input means 12, electronic job application chart generation means 13, and output means 14. The storage unit 11 includes an electronic job application chart format including question items from an employment supporter to a job applicant, and point allotment information of answers to the question items. The electronic job application chart generation means 13 can call up the electronic job application chart format and the point allotment information, the input means 12 can input the answers of the job applicant to the question items into the electronic job application chart format, and employment level determination means 15 generates employment level determination information by scoring the answers of the job applicant with reference to the point allotment information.
