PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a machining device of turret head type of spindle head replacing type, improving precision in mounting a spindle head and improving efficiency of its replacement.;SOLUTION: In this machining device of the turret head type of the spindle head replacing type, a turret head of the spindle head replacing type being inclined by 45 degrees has a clamp plate with guide for mounting a cylinder clamping the spindle head on each of spindle head mounting faces, arranging a reference seat and a positioning pin, and clamping and positioning the spindle head simultaneously. The spindle head includes: a positioning bush and a rolling element for conveyance mounted on each of spindle head mounting faces; a clamp part formed into such a shape that engages and disengages with/from an engaging part of the clamp plate with guide; and a spare stocker for the spindle head installed in this machining device.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
