PSOLUTION: This method is a method of manufacturing the extrusion molding by extruding a molding material defined hereinafter, from an extrusion port 11 of a die 10 of the extrusion molding device 20 joined with an extruder having a flow passage 2 forcibly fed with the molding material, and the die 10 having sequentially a diameter contracted part 12, a straight pipe part and the extrusion port 11 in a tip of the flow passage of the extrusion molding device 20, the extrusion molding device 20 is provided in a portion to separate an orifice plate 17 having a hole from the extrusion port 11 in an inside of the die 10, by an opening part diameter (d) of the extrusion port, and S2/S1 is 0.9 or less, where S1 represents an opening part area of the extrusion port 11 and S2 represents an opening part area of the hole of the orifice plate.
