PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hit-and-miss lattice body prevented from the leakage of rain, wind or light when closed.;SOLUTION: The hit-and-miss lattice body includes a fixed lattice body 2 having lattice members 3 at intervals, and a movable lattice body 4 having lattice members 5 at intervals and opening/closing the clearance between the lattice members of the fixed lattice body. The lattice member 3 of the fixed lattice body 2 is formed into groove shape opened on one side in a depth direction, and the lattice member 5 of the movable lattice body 4 is formed into a groove shape opened on the other side in the depth direction.
