PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent antifungal agent, especially showing a potent antifungal activity to dandruff fungi and a scalp/hair cosmetic containing the same. PSOLUTION: This antifungal agent is provided by using a steam-distilled water of the flower of a plant belonging to Rosaceae and/or fruit of a plant belonging to Vitaceae, which has a good antifungal activity. The scalp/hair cosmetic showing a potent antifungal activity against the dandruff fungi is obtained by using the antifungal agent. Further, by blending 1 kind or ≥2 kinds selected from ethanol, 1,3-butanediol, a 1,2-alkanediol and menthol, a more effective scalp/hair cosmetic is obtained. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
