PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite conductive sheet, having a rigid conductor which is movable in the thickness direction of an insulating sheet and does not drop out of the insulating sheet, easy to handle even when it is independent and its manufacturing method, an anisotropic conductive connector, adapter device and electric inspection system for circuit apparatus equipped with this composite conductive sheet.;SOLUTION: The composite conductive sheet of this invention comprises an insulating sheet with through-holes running in the thickness direction and rigid conductors projected from each of both sides of the insulating sheet through the through-holes.
