PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off section which is excellent on water cut-off performance of a shield wire and hardly enlarges the outer diameter of the shield wire.;SOLUTION: In the shield wire 1 wherein a plurality of core wires 2 are covered with a shield layer 4 and the shield layer is covered with a sheath 5 made of an insulating resin cover, the core wires are exposed by cutting and removing the shield layer and the sheath at a terminal side of the shield wire 1, and an adhesive tape 12 is wound at a section for holding a cut position from an outer periphery of the sheath to an outer peripheral surface of the exposed core wires. Furthermore, a sheath material 5A is externally fitted by firmly sticking to an outer periphery of the adhesive tape wound on the outer periphery at a core wire side, a water cut-off agent 15 such as silicone is filled up at a section surrounded with the sheath material and the adhesive tape at an exposed side of the core wires by sandwiching the cut position, and the water cut-off section 10 wherein the water cut-off agent is filled in a gap inside the sheath is provided in the inside at a remained side of the sheath.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
