SHIELD WIRE HAVING WATER CUT-OFF SECTION AND FORMING METHOD FOR WATER CUT-OFF SECTION OF SHIELD WIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cut-off section which is excellent on water cut-off performance of a shield wire and hardly enlarges an outer diameter of the shield wire.;SOLUTION: The water cut-off section 10 is provided with the following steps of: covering a plurality of core wires 2 and the outer periphery of a resin string 6 with a shield layer 4; covering the shield layer with a sheath 5 of an insulating resin layer; exposing the core wires by removing the sheath, the shield layer, and the resin string, pulling out the resin string at a required dimension from a removing position of the sheath in the inside at a remained side of the sheath opposite to an exposed section side of the core wires; and filling up a water cut-off agent 15 in a section generated by pulling-out of the resin string.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
