PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway net optimal route guide system for elderly persons and disabled persons for automatically selecting and guiding the optimal route from a station as a starting point to a station as a destination for the elderly persons and disabled persons by utilizing a railway net. SOLUTION: A utilization line block pick-up unit 1 and a transfer station pick-up unit 3 pick up the utilization line block and the transfer station having the smallest number of transfers by using a line vector and a matrix of the number of transfer station. A transfer time computing unit 6 computes the transfer time in the picked-up transfer station on the basis of the physical condition of a user input by a user physical condition input unit 5. A total movement time computing unit 7 computes the total movement time of the route having the smallest number of transfers, and an optimal route selecting unit 8 selects the optimal route, and an optimal route guide unit 9 guides a result thereof. This function can be realized as a computer program.
