PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and effectively producing a derivative of aldol having a perfluoroalkyl group, a polyfluoroalkyl group or a fluoroalkyl group.;SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method for production of derivatives of aldol represented by the formula R21(R12R13R14SiO)CH-C(Rf)(OSiR15R16R17)-CO2R11 or R31(R32O)CH-C(Rf)(OSiR15R16R17)-CO2R11comprising reaction of a ketene silyl acetal compound expressed by Rf(R12R13R14SiO)C=C(OSiR15R16R17)(OR11) with a R21CHO compound or a R31CH(OR32)(OR33) compound in the presence of a Lewis acid, (In the formula Rf represents a perfluoroalkyl group, a polyfluoroalkyl group or a fluoroalkyl group, R11 represents H or a monovalent organic group, and R21 represents a (substituted) cyclic or acyclic hydrocarbon group, R31, R32 and R33 are each a (substituted) cyclic or acyclic hydrocarbons.).;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
