PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve an image capture apparatus allowing a user to more easily obtain, as compared to a conventional image capture apparatus, image data of a captured image which has no overexposure or underexposure throughout an entire image. PSOLUTION: A portable terminal apparatus 100 includes: an image capture part 120 capable of consecutively carrying out image capture of the same image capture object a plurality of times; and a captured image determination part 130 for determining whether or not the overexposure or underexposure is included in an image indicated by captured image data obtained by the image capture. When the captured image determination part 130 determines that the overexposure or underexposure is included in the image, the image capture part 120 consecutively carries out image capture of the image capture object under a plurality of exposure conditions different from the exposure condition in the image capture of the captured image data, and a communication part 150 transmits obtained captured image data to an image output apparatus 500.
