PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily improve communication capability of a reconfigurable device. PSOLUTION: Information processing system includes an operation processing device connected to a bus line for transmitting data to the reconfigurable device by using a memory as a buffer, a memory connected to the bus line for temporarily holding the data transmitted by the operation processing device as the buffer and storing the first pointer for indicating the address in an area where the data is held, and the reconfigurable device for storing circuit information to configure a circuit and the second pointer whose value is the same as that of the first pointer and reading out the data held in the memory based on the value of the second pointer to process the data by the circuit configured based on the circuit information.
