These small diameter hoses are spirally wound, with the openings of the hoses at the one end aligned, in the longitudinal direction on the circumference of a circle or oval having a diameter of a size in which, when the fluid is injected into the hollow bores, large diameter openings on both ends and a large diameter hollow bore in the inside communicating with the large diameter openings are formed. The small diameter hoses are in a state capable of being folded or wound before the fluid is injected. When the fluid is injected from the one end, the other end is closed so that the small diameter hoses expand in turn from the pressure of the fluid, and extend from the folded or wound state to form the large diameter openings (2a, 2b) and the large diameter hollow bore.
