SHARED FILE PARTIAL EDITING MANAGEMENT METHOD AND PARTIAL EDITING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shared file partial editing management method for preventing overlap of editing parts prior to occurrence, and a partial editing management system for execution thereof. PSOLUTION: A computer system executes processings of: receiving an editing request including information on a shared file after editing; acquiring, based on the information on the shared file after editing and information on the shared file before editing, information on an editing target line range as a difference therebetween; searching a storage unit for managing editing line information on the shared file, based on the acquired information on the editing target line range; and, as a result of the search, allowing editing related to the editing request when the editing target line range is not being edited, or disallowing the editing when the editing target line range is being edited.
