PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deliver sales information about used products matching equipment status to customers possessing engineering workstations of distributed control systems.;SOLUTION: A maker receives availability factor information about components of distributed control systems from customers A1-An, and the maker also receives an application for redemption service use for equipment (components) of a distributed control system from a customer B. The maker decides to deliver information and sends used product sales information to the customers A1-An. For example, in response to the used product sales information delivery from the maker, the customer A1 sends a used product purchase decision notification to the maker. In response to the used product purchase decision notification from the customer with the used product sales information delivery, the maker sends an equipment redemption decision notification to the customer B. In response to the equipment redemption decision notification from the maker, the customer B sells the equipment.
