PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scheduler program, distributed simulation system and scheduler, achieving high-speed and reproducible distributed simulation. PSOLUTION: A computer executes a scheduler program for executing a plurality of simulation programs in parallel. The computer implements: a parallel execution procedure in which the simulation programs are executed in parallel in a period where no data is transferred between the simulation programs; and a sequential execution procedure in which the simulation programs are sequentially executed in a period where data are transferred between the simulation programs.
