The vehicle 101 extracts traffic information on a cruising lane indicated by the lane information, for example, detecting that there is a vehicle 103 ahead waiting to turn right on the cruising lane and urges the driver to reduce speed or change the lane. Further, an evaluation device 800 collects drive log data of the vehicle 101 via a log-collecting DSRC roadside device 500 and evaluates information provision according to the drive log data so as to control the provision of information from the information provision determining device 400.
