PPROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaged high Brix (high sugar content) fruit juice drink suppressed in deterioration by light; to provide a method for producing the drink; and to provide a method for suppressing deterioration by light of the packaged high Brix (high sugar content) fruit juice drink. PSOLUTION: This method for suppressing light deterioration of the packaged fruit juice drink includes adjusting a sugar content of a packaged straight fruit juice drink or a packaged concentrate fruit juice drink to a range of greater than 9 and below 15, and a dissolved oxygen amount to a range of 1.7-4 ppm. As a result of this, the fruit juice drink packaged in a transparent container is suppressed in deterioration and improved in palatability, and has high commercial value. PCOPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
