PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a work manager to execute teaching related to a pallet drawing-out offset while allowing the work manager to stay out of an electronic-component mounting device.;SOLUTION: A method for teaching a pallet drawing-out offset is configured as follows. A magazine 15 is moved so as to move a pallet 14 at the lowermost part in the magazine 15 to a designed position of a drawing-out level position. The magazine 15 moved to the designed position is elevated to the position where an optical sensor 57 detects the upper end part of a dog 56. The magazine 15 is elevated by a prescribed distance, that is, from the position, where the upper end part of the dog 56 is detected, to the position where the dog 56 can be continuously detected. Then, the magazine 15 is lowered to the position where the upper end of the dog 56 cannot be detected. The current position of the magazine 15 at this point is stored in a RAM 43. An average value of a plurality of the current positions is calculated by repeatedly storing the current position in the storage device a required number of times. A pallet drawing-out offset value is calculated by subtracting the prescribed distance and the designed position related to the drawing-out position of the prescribed pallet 14 so as to store it in the RAM 43.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
